Hi Fellow Sailors

Diane suggest we include a dinner picnic for Sat. night with desert saved for the raft up. So those wanting to do this might show up about 6 and picnic until 7 when she says it gets dark. Then we can start to sail at 7:30 instead of 8:30 and raft up after. This sounds like a great idea to me. So lets raft up for dinner in Compac Cove at 6:PM.

see you then.

Hi NSC Sailors,

This Saturday will be our last Full Moon Sail & Raft UP. I plan to be on the water at 8:30. How long we sail depends on how good the wind is. Then we will raft up, probably in No Name Cove (Or is it Compac Corner?) to enjoy some fellowship and snacks.

Lets set some general rules: If you are the 4 boat to join the raft, of if directed to by me, be prepared to drop your anchor. This will require you to go ahead of the raft about 30 yards, drop your anchor and back down to the raft while setting the anchor. If you are rafted you should prepare a stern and bow line for the incoming boat. Then as boat leave they will cast off the lines as they go. This will be easier than requiring the boat under way set their lines.

Hope to see you on the water. Send me an e-mail if you plan to come. Thanks.
