NSC Portsmouth Fleet

Portsmouth Fleet - The NSC uses the US Sailing, Portsmouth Yardstick handicapping program. The Portsmouth Fleet races every day we have a permit on Lake Nockamixon. The fleet scores using the low point system. We run one series on Saturdays, May through October and one on Sundays, April through October.
