Searchable FSSA Handbook
The Flying Scot Sailing Association Handbook includes the FSSA Constitution, Bylaws, Specification, Chief Measurer's Rulings, Official Plan, Sail Plan and Measurement.
The version posted on the FSSA Web Site (http://www.fssa.com) at http://www.fssa.com/ht/fssa/fssa-handbook.htm is the official version.
The problem is it is just a PDF of scanned pages and cannot be searched.
HERE is a version which can be searched. So if you are looking for the class rules associated with a "jib sheet" you can use your PDF reader to find it. Remember it is unofficial and at some point will be out of date.
This version was graciously provided by FSSA member Mark F. Werle. It was created by scanning the version on the FSSA site with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool, so it is not perfect. If in doubt refer to the FSSA official version.

The FSSA has informed us there will be an offiicial version of a searchable Handbook in the near future. When that happens I will point to it from here.
